CONSTRUCTION


The main activities of HTCC include the construction of modular housing. The company also builds private homes of solid and mixed wood (modular with solid wood). Some of the constructions are public buildings.

MANUFACTURE OF PREFABRICATED WOODEN ELEMENTS


Components made in Mickai, Klaipėda municipality, at the HTCC-owned factory, are used to build prefabricated houses. The factory produces all elements necessary for the prefabricated house design including ceilings, walls, floors and roofs.

CONSULTING


HTCC team advises clients on all construction-related issues. Company's experts provide advice on the layout of the buildings on the available site, house design, façade design, interior decoration and many others.
